MTI’s response to COVID-19

At MTI Instruments, we continue to monitor the global COVID-19 pandemic and we are doing everything in our power to ensure the safety of our employees while still providing the world-class support our customers are accustomed to receiving. To limit the spread of COVID-19, the Centers for Disease Control (CDC) and the State of New York have issued specific guidance, asking businesses to do all they can to help reduce density to limit the spread of the virus.

MTI Instruments currently remains open for business; however, beginning Friday, March 20th, we will have limited personnel on-site with at least 50% of our team working remotely from home. We currently do not anticipate any delays in our production schedules, although domestic and international shipping may be a factor. Please be assured, though, that our staff is available to support you and your MTI products, as well as to answer any related questions which you may have during these trying times.
